This Commission exists to meet the unique needs of women around the world. In doing so, the CWC provides an internationally respected voice for women, especially in the church. It identifies concerns and solutions, and calls the church and the evangelical community to give more public attention to the plight of women, to recognize all injustices women experience, and to take action to alleviate them. The CWC also calls the church and the evangelical community together for networking, facilitating, mobilizing, motivating and cooperating as a global body in the area of women's concerns.
