It’s Coming – The Lausanne Global Conversation see article
Starting in March, Christians around the world will be able to add their voice to the Lausanne Global Conversation (LGC) when the new LGC website is unveiled. Thought-provoking articles, blogs and videos will be posted in an open forum with an invitation to the global Church to join the conversation. The LGC is an opportunity to wrestle with important issues related to world evangelization from a worldwide perspective by engaging with brothers and sisters from around the globe.
The LGC is closely connected with the Lausanne Movement's Cape Town 2010 Congress, which is being held in collaboration with the WEA. Presentations at the Congress will be shaped by input from the LGC.
Your voice in the conversation is needed. As iron sharpens iron, and as there is wisdom in the counsel of many, we trust the Lord will use the global discussion to spur us on - not only to further dialogue, but to strategy and action so that all may hear the good news of Jesus Christ.
For updates on the LGC and to see preliminary articles and discussions, please visit www.lausanne.org/conversation.
